Abstract
Educational excellence and student achievement are fundamentally linked to teacher development. The Cambridge system offers comprehensive pathways for educators to strengthen their teaching abilities, acquire contemporary knowledge, and broaden their classroom expertise. At its core, the Cambridge approach prioritizes the ongoing professional evolution of its teaching staff.
