The article examines the role and importance of modern technologies in increasing students' motivation in learning foreign languages. Various technologies (gaming, virtual reality, interactive resources, etc.) used to arouse students' interest in the educational process and increase their activity are analyzed. The article also discusses the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the correct use of technologies, methods of their effective integration into the lesson process. Based on the results obtained, practical recommendations are given for foreign language teachers and methodologists.
