Abstract

Sport plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and improving overall well-being. Regular physical activity strengthens the heart, muscles, and bones while enhancing flexibility, coordination, and mental health. Participation in sports not only helps prevent chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and hypertension but also promotes social interaction, discipline, and self-confidence. In today’s fast-paced world, engaging in sports has become an essential part of achieving physical fitness and emotional balance. This article discusses the importance of sports in leading a healthy lifestyle and highlights their positive effects on both physical and mental health.
