Dechen Wangmo , Bhutan Scouts Association, Department of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Education, Bhutan

Abstract

This study delves into the perceptions and experiences of Rover and Leadership Scouts regarding global citizenship. Through qualitative analysis, we uncover nuanced insights into how these young individuals perceive and engage with the concept of global citizenship. Their perspectives shed light on the challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities associated with being a global citizen in today's interconnected world. By exploring their narratives, we gain a deeper understanding of how scouting fosters a sense of global awareness and encourages active participation in addressing global issues.
