To study the results, the author conducted studies in the main group of 105 patients after plastic surgery in the face area and 85 patients in the neck area, a total of 190 patients were evaluated. The observation period, similar to the comparison group, ranged from 6 to 18 months.

Thus, the use of the proposed program of prolonged preventive rehabilitation of patients with PRD of the face and neck area in conjunction with the introduction of improved techniques of free, combined and full-layer plastic surgery with a skin graft contribute to a more durable restoration of the skin, good elasticity and mobility relative to the underlying tissues, a decrease in the risk of retraction and an improvement in the aesthetic effect in relation to intact skin.
