SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF FIBROMYALGIA COMORBIDITY IN PRIMARY HEADACHES WITH MIGRAINE ETIOLOGY
Mavlanova Dilnoza Bakhodirovna ,Abstract
The comorbidity of fibromyalgia (FM) in individuals with primary headaches, particularly those with a migraine etiology, presents a complex clinical scenario that impacts diagnosis and treatment. This article aims to elucidate the specific characteristics and implications of fibromyalgia in the context of migraine disorders. We explore the prevalence of FM in migraine sufferers, the interplay between the two conditions, and the impact on clinical outcomes and management strategies. By reviewing current literature and clinical data, this study provides insights into the shared pathophysiological mechanisms and proposes a framework for integrated care.
