Abstract

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent endocrine disorder affecting women of reproductive age, characterized by hormonal imbalances, irregular menstrual cycles, and metabolic issues such as insulin resistance. This paper evaluates the current evidence on the effectiveness of dietary and exercise interventions in managing PCOS, with a focus on their impact on metabolic, reproductive, and psychological outcomes. A comprehensive review of the literature highlights the effectiveness of lifestyle modifications in reducing symptoms, improving metabolic profiles, and enhancing the quality of life for women with PCOS. The findings suggest that personalized lifestyle interventions should be integral to PCOS management strategies, alongside traditional medical treatments.
