THE COMBINED EFFECTS OF PSYCHO-SOCIAL FACTORS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMICAL EXPOSURES ON CHILDREN’S HEALTH

Khalmirzayeva Sohiba Sulaymanovna , Department of Medical Prevention, Andijan State Medical Institute

Abstract

Children’s health is influenced by a multitude of factors, including psycho-social determinants (such as family environment, social status, and stress levels) and chemical agents present in the external environment (including air pollutants, pesticides, and heavy metals). This article reviews current research on how these factors interact and jointly affect children’s physical and mental well-being. It highlights multi-factorial mechanisms, discusses potential long-term consequences, and provides recommendations for prevention and mitigation.
