Abstract

This study examines the principles for managing children with endocrine disorders, with a specific focus on diabetes mellitus. The paper reviews modern approaches, including pharmacotherapy, dietary management, physical activity, psychological support, and educational interventions for children and their families. The methodology is based on a systematic literature review, analysis of clinical guidelines, and empirical data collection through surveys and expert interviews. The findings indicate that a multidisciplinary and individualized approach significantly improves glycemic control, reduces the risk of complications, and enhances the overall quality of life for pediatric patients.
