COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF THE RESULTS OF PLASTIC SURGERY OF THE CRANIAL VAULT WITH CICATRICIAL DEFORMITIES AFTER BURNS

In this article, the author studied the results of plastic surgery of cicatricial deformities of the cranial vault with the consequences of burns that were in the department of reconstructive and plastic surgery. The method of intraoperative balloon stretching was used in 23 patients. They are included in the main group. The control group consisted of patients who underwent the acute dermotension method. As a result of plastic surgery, 21 (91.3%) patients in the main group showed good results, while 11 (64.7%) patients in the control group.
