EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE FREQUENCY OF CARDIOVASCULAR RISK FACTORS
Rakhmatova Dilbar Bakhriddinovna , Bukhara State Medical Institute, Republic of Uzbekistan, BukharaAbstract
The development of the “Young Women and Their Health” database and the establishment of medical and psychological monitoring at the primary healthcare level provide opportunities to identify the specific characteristics of physical workload among middle-aged women, as well as to determine the relationship between the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases and hypertension occurring against the background of atherosclerosis. Even minor lifestyle modifications can slow cardiac aging. It is never too late to adopt a healthy lifestyle. After the onset of cardiovascular disease symptoms, risk factors continue to contribute to disease progression and worsen the prognosis; therefore, their management must be an essential component of treatment strategies.
Keywords
ischemic heart disease, arterial hypertension, women, risk factors, lifestyle.
