This article explores the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on higher education, focusing on its potential to enhance learning experiences and enable unprecedented personalization. It examines how AI-powered tools facilitate adaptive learning, automated assessment, and data-driven insights to improve student outcomes and streamline administrative tasks. Concurrently, the paper addresses critical ethical considerations, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, the potential for academic dishonesty, and the imperative to preserve the human element in education.
