Abstract

This article examines the role of game technologies in the development of social skills in children. Social skills are essential for children’s successful interaction, emotional regulation, cooperation, and integration into society. In recent years, game-based technologies have gained increasing attention as effective pedagogical and psychological tools for fostering communication, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The article analyzes theoretical foundations, reviews relevant scientific literature, and discusses the practical implications of using game technologies in educational and psychological settings. The findings suggest that well-structured game technologies significantly contribute to children’s social competence, motivation, and overall personal development.
