Traumatic injuries to the pelvic organs caused by blunt and penetrating mechanisms present significant diagnostic and forensic challenges. Such injuries are often associated with severe complications, hidden clinical manifestations, and complex medico-legal implications. Accurate forensic medical evaluation is essential for determining the mechanism of injury, severity of bodily harm, and legal responsibility. This article analyzes the forensic medical criteria used in the assessment of pelvic organ injuries resulting from blunt and penetrating trauma, emphasizing clinical features, morphological findings, and functional consequences. The study highlights the importance of a comprehensive forensic approach to ensure objective and scientifically grounded expert conclusions.
