This study is devoted to studying the importance of sports training in reducing stress levels and developing self-regulation skills in schoolchildren. During the study, the impact of physical activity on the psychological state and the possibilities of forming emotional stability through sports training were analyzed. The results of experimental studies showed that students who regularly engage in sports have a higher level of stress resistance and control over their own behavior.
