This article analyzes the role and importance of artificial intelligence technologies in the process of developing students' communicative skills in English. The study highlights the possibilities of tools based on artificial intelligence in the development of oral and written speech, creating an environment close to real communication, and ensuring an individual approach. The influence of AI technologies on students' motivation for language learning and the formation of independent learning skills is also considered. The article has theoretical and practical significance for English language teachers and education specialists.
