METHODS USED TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' PRONUNCIATION IN ENGLISH

Abstract

This article analyzes modern methods used to improve students' English pronunciation. The study highlights the importance of the listening-based approach, the imitation method, increasing phonetic awareness, communicative exercises, and the use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the development of pronunciation. The possibilities of improving pronunciation accuracy through the formation of students' independent work skills and analysis of their own speech are also considered. The article is intended to be practically and theoretically useful for English teachers and language learners.
