This article addresses the issues of improving comprehensive surgical tactics in patients with cholangiosepsis. The aim of the study is to develop a stage-based surgical approach and evaluate its clinical effectiveness. The study analyzes the outcomes of surgical interventions focused on biliary decompression, elimination of purulent-inflammatory processes, and their integration with intensive care therapy. The results demonstrate that early implementation of a comprehensive surgical strategy reduces the severity of sepsis, decreases complication rates, and improves treatment outcomes. The proposed optimized surgical approach contributes to enhanced clinical management of patients with cholangiosepsis.
