DEVELOPING LITERARY CRITICISM AND ANALYSIS IN STUDENTS

Abstract

Literary criticism plays an important role in the formation of students' critical thinking and analytical skills through in-depth analysis of literary works, assessment of their artistic, substantive and social aspects. This scientific work studies the theoretical and practical aspects of developing analytical skills in students using literary criticism methods in the modern educational process. The essence, methods and importance of literary criticism in the development of students' knowledge; Innovative methods used in literature lessons to improve analytical skills (for example, working with texts, discussion, comparison, interpretation); Psychological and pedagogical factors and methodological approaches affecting students' analytical skills; Improving the effective teaching system through the application of foreign and local experience.
