This paper aims to explore the common types of workplace health hazards and evaluate effective prevention strategies that organizations can implement. Through a review of current practices and survey data, the research highlights the importance of proactive safety management, worker education, and regulatory compliance. The findings emphasize that early identification and systematic prevention of occupational hazards significantly improve employee health and organizational productivity.
