This article explores the socio-psychological dimensions of educational leadership and management, emphasizing the role of psychological and social factors in shaping leadership behavior, communication, team dynamics, and institutional culture. Drawing upon empirical data and theoretical insights, the study examines the competencies educational leaders need to effectively address challenges related to human interaction, motivation, decision-making, and conflict resolution. The paper argues that emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness are essential for fostering a supportive educational environment.
