A MODEL FOR INCREASING LABOR PRODUCTIVITY IN INDUSTRIAL SECTORS BASED ON COOPERATION AND INTEGRATION

Abstract

This study explores the development of a model for increasing labor productivity in industrial sectors based on cooperation and integration. The research emphasizes that in the context of industrial modernization, collaboration and integration among enterprises play a crucial role in achieving sustainable productivity growth. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of cooperation and integration, identifies key factors influencing labor efficiency, and proposes a conceptual model that integrates organizational, technological, and resource aspects. The results show that cooperative and integrated approaches contribute to more efficient resource utilization, innovation, and competitiveness in industrial enterprises of Uzbekistan.
