This article explores the transformative role of technology in empowering girls and promoting gender equality in education, economy, and society. It analyzes how access to digital tools, online learning, and STEM education enhances girls’ intellectual and professional capabilities, enabling them to become agents of change in the digital era. The study draws upon global research findings, international initiatives, and national programs—particularly those implemented in Uzbekistan—to demonstrate how technological inclusion contributes to social justice and sustainable development. The results highlight that empowering girls through technology leads to greater innovation, economic participation, and leadership among women. The paper concludes that continuous investment in digital education and inclusive policies is essential to achieving long-term gender equality and global progress.
