This article explores the process of personal and professional development of students within the vocational education system. It analyzes the formation of personality, self-awareness, goal-oriented activities, acquisition of professional competencies, and adaptation to the labor market. The study also emphasizes the importance of pedagogical and psychological approaches, motivation, the development of personal qualities, and the application of modern educational technologies. The results contribute to the effective development of students’ personal and professional potential in vocational education institutions.
