THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND ESG PRINCIPLES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS: THE EXPERIENCE OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of digital transformation and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles on the management of international investments in Uzbekistan. It is noted that digitalization improves transparency and efficiency, while ESG standards strengthen investor confidence and business sustainability. The integration of digital technologies and ESG practices forms a modern model of sustainable economic development.
