This article examines the impact of cultural and humanitarian relations on the development of civil society in Uzbekistan and Turkey. Based on the analysis of historical, political and sociological sources, the author shows how cooperation in the field of education, culture, art and tourism contributed to an increase in the level of education and cultural development of the population, the formation of an active civic position and the development of civil society institutions. Special attention is paid to the role of cultural and humanitarian relations in strengthening intercultural dialogue and tolerance.
