| Open Access | INTEGRATION OF AR AND XR TECHNOLOGIES WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI): TRENDS AND FUTURE PROSPECTS
Abdumo'minov Burxonjon Sunnatillo ugli , Termiz State Pedagogical InstituteAbstract
This article explores the convergence of Augmented/Extended Reality (AR/XR) technologies with Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), a nascent but rapidly evolving research direction. Through a review of the latest studies (2023–2025), we outline the main technological trends, representative implementations, current limitations and future prospects of XR + AI integration. The aim is to highlight how generative AI reshapes XR’s content creation, interaction paradigms, and application domains — and to identify open challenges for future research.
