This article is dedicated to analyzing the employment of the population and the state of the labor market. The study examines the socio-economic significance of employment, labor resource efficiency, employment rates, and strategic directions for providing jobs. Additionally, the article explores the role of government policy, economic growth, and innovative projects in increasing employment levels. The findings of the research serve to develop recommendations for enhancing population employment and making effective use of labor resources.
