The article details the importance of creative thinking for economists, the possibilities for developing creative qualities, and the characteristics of a creatively thinking person. In the modern economy, creativity and creative abilities of an individual are important competencies necessary for the successful professional activity of a specialist, one of these skills is a creative approach to management.
