In this article is given information about gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan. The article presents the prospects of gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan, the work to be done in this regard, and a draft of the factors and objectives of gastronomic tourism. The article extensively describes how food culture in English and Uzbek is not only about preparing or consuming delicious food, but also reflects the lifestyle, values, and mentality of the people. The author emphasizes that by combining linguistics and cultural studies in gastronomic tourism research, the culturally specific worldview of peoples can be illuminated by analyzing food paronyms and phraseologisms.
