This scientific article examines the system of automated monitoring and analysis of learning activities based on information technologies in a digital educational environment. The study analyzes the legal, pedagogical, and technological foundations of learning analytics, electronic monitoring systems, and digital assessment tools used in the educational process. Special attention is paid to the integration of learning management systems, data collection mechanisms, and analytical tools that ensure transparency, objectivity, and effectiveness of educational quality assessment. The article is based on normative-legal documents, methodological manuals, and scientific research published in Uzbekistan, ensuring compliance with national educational reforms and digital transformation strategies.
