Abstract

The rapid evolution of global markets, coupled with the disruptive advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, necessitates profound transformational processes within modern industrial enterprises. This comprehensive paper explores the foundational theoretical frameworks and methodological approaches required to effectively manage such complex organizational changes. By synthesizing established change management theories with contemporary digital and structural integration strategies, this study delineates a robust framework for navigating systemic transformations. Furthermore, it highlights the critical roles of adaptive leadership, strategic resource allocation, and continuous methodological innovation in mitigating resistance, thereby ensuring sustainable industrial growth, enhanced operational efficiency, and long-term global competitiveness.
