It delves into the intricate web of factors that either bolster or hinder teachers' ability to shape the educational landscape in Iran. Through an in-depth examination of policies, classroom practices, and teacher-student relationships, this research highlights the significance of empowering educators to foster a more responsive and effective educational system.
