THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERACTIVE TEACHING METHODS IN IMPROVING ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT IN BIOLOGY
Ochilova Dilorom Ruzimurodovna , Shakhrisabz State Pedagogical Institute Independent researcherAbstract
This study investigates how interactive teaching methods influence students’ academic achievement in biology. Interactive approaches such as problembased learning, collaborative activities, digital simulations, multimedia instruction, and projectbased learning have been shown to foster student engagement, deepen understanding of complex biological concepts, and improve performance outcomes. Research evidence demonstrates that students who learn through interactive techniques outperform their peers in traditional lecturebased settings. By synthesizing empirical studies and pedagogical insights, this article underscores the role of interactive pedagogy in contemporary biology education and provides recommendations for educators.
