This article explores the scientific and pedagogical foundations of teaching English to primary school children. It emphasizes the cognitive, social, and psychological development of children as essential components in creating an effective English teaching environment. The article also discusses the role of modern teaching aids, digital tools, and interactive methods in fostering a positive learning atmosphere for young learners.
