REQUIREMENTS FOR MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT ADMISSION SERVICES IN DENTAL CENTERS.

Abstract

The effective management of client admission services in dental centers represents a critical component of modern healthcare administration, directly influencing patient satisfaction, treatment efficiency, and the overall quality of medical services. Contemporary scientific studies emphasize that poorly organized admission systems often lead to prolonged waiting times, inefficient resource allocation, communication failures between patients and medical staff, and reduced clinical productivity. Through the analytical review of international scientific literature and healthcare management models, this study examines the key requirements for organizing and managing patient admission processes in dental centers. Particular attention is given to digital registration systems, patient flow management, administrative coordination, ethical communication standards, and the integration of health information technologies. Statistical data from global healthcare management research indicate that optimized admission systems can reduce patient waiting time by up to 35–45% while increasing service efficiency and patient satisfaction levels by nearly 30%. The research highlights that many dental institutions, especially in developing healthcare systems, still experience structural and managerial deficiencies in admission services.
