THE ROLE OF NURSES IN THE EXAMINATION OF CHILDREN BORN TO HIV-INFECTED MOTHERS

Abstract

 This article highlights the role of nurses in the examination of children born to HIV-infected mothers, as well as their key responsibilities and practical importance. The study analyzes the significance of early diagnosis of HIV infection in children, the use of modern diagnostic methods, and the implementation of preventive measures. It also emphasizes the role of nurses in patient monitoring, organization of laboratory examinations, and effective communication with parents. The results show that a comprehensive approach and high-quality nursing care are essential for improving child health outcomes and reducing complications.
