Abstract

This article provides a detailed overview of the immune system, a vital defenсe mechanism of the human body, highlighting its components and principles of functioning. It also analyzes the main factors that lead to a weakened immune system, including poor nutrition, lack of physical activity, chronic stress, sleep deprivation, and environmental issues. The article presents effective methods to strengthen immunity, emphasizing the importance of a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, regular physical exercise and quality sleep. Additionally, it highlights the role of vitamins (especially vitamins C and D), trace elements, and preventive measures in enhancing the body’s ability to fight infections.

This article is intended for a wide audience, particularly students in the field of medicine, and focuses on boosting immunity to prevent diseases, promote a healthy lifestyle, and improve overall human health.
