The philosophy of logic is a central branch of philosophy that investigates the nature, scope, and foundations of logical systems and reasoning. It addresses fundamental questions about truth, validity, inference, and the structure of arguments, as well as the relationship between logic, language, and reality. This article explores classical and modern approaches to logic, including formal logic, symbolic logic, and non-classical systems such as modal and fuzzy logic. It also examines key philosophical debates concerning logical pluralism, the nature of logical laws, and the role of logic in scientific and everyday reasoning. By integrating historical perspectives with contemporary developments, the study demonstrates that logic is not merely a technical discipline but a foundational framework for rational thought and knowledge production.
