This article examines the ethical aspects of relationships between physicians, patients, and their families in modern medical practice. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of these interactions and highlights the role of ethical principles in ensuring effective and patient-centered care. Particular attention is given to the application of Bioethics principles, including autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice, within clinical settings. The research also explores the increasing involvement of family members in medical decision-making and the ethical challenges that may arise, such as conflicts between patient autonomy and family interests, issues of confidentiality, and informed consent. Furthermore, the article discusses strategies for improving communication and strengthening trust among all parties involved. The findings emphasize the importance of ethical awareness, professional responsibility, and culturally sensitive approaches in enhancing the quality of healthcare services. The study concludes that the integration of ethical principles into medical practice is essential for achieving optimal patient outcomes and maintaining trust in the healthcare system.
