HISTOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF STEM CELL NICHE MICROENVIRONMENT IN REGENERATIVE MEDICINE: CURRENT CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES

The article investigates both theoretical and practical problems which arise during the histological evaluation of stem cell niches and their microenvironment in the field of regenerative medicine. The research evaluates current methods of transferring morphological data between classical histology and bioengineering while recognizing fundamental differences in metalinguistic understanding. The research results show that effective tissue evaluation needs more than cellular counting because it demands complete comprehension of fundamental theoretical frameworks together with flexible analysis methods that maintain concept integrity while handling different biological systems.
