TYPE 1 DIABETES IN CHILDREN : EARLY DIAGNOSE AND MANAGEMENT CHALLENGE

Type one diabetes is a chronic disease that causes a lack of insulin, an essential hormone.it requires daily management with insulin injection and glucose monitoring.both children and adult can be diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Type one diabetes is a lifelong autoimmune disease that prevents your pancreas from making insulin, a hormone. T1D previously known as juvenile or Insulin independent-diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is one of the most common chronic disease that affects children in U.S. But adults can develop it too. in the U.S.,over 1,.7 million people live with it. If you Don’t have enough insulin, too much sugar bills up in your blood, causing hyperglycaemia ( High blood sugar ). lead to serious health or even it’s not treated . Into the simple words, diabetes is a condition in which body can’t make enough insulin, or can’t use insulin normally . Type 1 Is an auto immune Disorder. Body’s Immune system damages the cells in the pancreas that make insulin dirt insulin is a hormone.it helps sugar in the blood get into cells of the body to use as fuel.when glucose can’t enter the cells, it builds up in the blood.this is called high blood sugar. Blood Sugar can cause problems body.it can damage blood vessels and .it can harm the eyes, kidneys, and heart.it can also cause symptoms such as tiredness .
