This article examines the significance of psychotropic substances in forensic medicine, their effects on the human body, their role in the assessment of death and bodily injuries, and methods for their detection during forensic examinations. It also considers the diagnostic challenges encountered in cases involving psychotropic substances and explores potential solutions.
