THE ROLE OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN THE PREVENTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES

This work discusses the epidemiology of cardiovascular diseases, their main risk factors, clinical diagnostic methods, as well as modern treatment and prevention strategies. The study particularly analyzes the role of a healthy lifestyle in preventing cardiovascular system diseases. It also highlights the impact of unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, harmful habits, and stress on the development of these diseases. Modern diagnostic approaches and treatment methods are reviewed as well. The results emphasize the importance of preventive measures in reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases.
