MICROBIOLOGICAL STUDIES OF THE LARGE INTESTINE IN CASE OF BURN DISEASE IN CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE
Kasimova Iroda Kadirovna , PhD, Associate Professor, Andijan State Medical Institute, Department of Microbiology, Virology and ImmunologyAbstract
A pathogenetically important link in burn disease is toxemia, which negatively affects all systems of the child's body, including the intestinal microflora. The results of our research have shown that in children under 3 years of age with burn disease, dysbiosis is characterized by a decrease in the total number of beneficial anaerobes and active reproduction of aerobes, including opportunistic flora. In children under 3 years of age, deficiency of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli was detected in 100% of cases , while the content of lactose-negative E. coli, Candida fungi increased significantly by 2-3 orders of magnitude.Installed , that adequate conventional treatment of burn disease does not lead to normalization of intestinal microbiocenosis and there is a need for mandatory inclusion of biologics.
