Abstract

Trophoblastic disease is a rare group of disorders resulting from abnormal proliferation of trophoblast cells, commonly associated with pregnancy. This study provides a detailed overview of the etiology, risk factors, pathophysiology, and modern diagnostic and treatment methods. Special emphasis is placed on advanced imaging, biomarker analysis, and innovative therapeutic strategies. The findings demonstrate how multidisciplinary approaches and personalized treatment plans have significantly improved patient survival rates and reduced complications.
