PREVENTION OF AUTONOMIC DYSFUNCTION IN EARLY SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN

Abduboriy Sattorjonovich Soliyev , Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine

Abstract

This study explores preventive strategies for autonomic dysfunction in early school-aged children. A combination of physical activity, balanced nutrition, stress management, and educational sessions for parents and teachers was applied over a 12-week period. Results showed significant improvements in heart rate variability, stabilization of blood pressure and heart rate, and reduced digestive complaints in the intervention group compared to the control group. The findings indicate that early multifactorial interventions effectively prevent autonomic dysfunction, promote overall health, and support cognitive and emotional development in children.
