This article highlights the role and importance of machine learning technologies in the analysis of endoscopic images. It analyzes the possibilities of early detection of various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract with the help of artificial intelligence systems, automatic segmentation, and classification of pathological changes. The article also provides information on the advantages of machine learning, existing problems, and areas of practical application.
