This article discusses the concept of immunopathology, its role in the development of neoplastic (tumor) cells, as well as the mechanisms of development and regulation of opportunistic infections in conditions of immunodeficiency. The study reveals the molecular basis of pathological processes arising as a result of immune system dysfunction.
