This study investigates the relationship between therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the inpatient ward of Islamic Hospital Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Through a comprehensive examination of communication practices between healthcare providers and patients, the research aims to understand the influence of therapeutic communication on the overall satisfaction of patients during their hospital stay. The findings provide valuable insights into the dynamics of patient-provider interactions and contribute to the enhancement of healthcare services, emphasizing the pivotal role of effective communication in fostering patient well-being.
